Which products come with a spatula?
Our Mineral Toothpaste range and our Fluoride Toothpaste range come with a spatula.
Why Tartaric & Citric acids in the Mouthwash Tablets?
There are acidic ingredients in our Mouthwash Tablets, so that the tablet quickly dissolves into water. Together with sodium bicarbonate, they produces gas.
Sodium bicarbonate is mildly alkaline, so it neutralises the acidic component when dissolved, and it is also heavily diluted so any pH imbalance is made negligible.
Are the products safe during pregnancy?
Yes, all our products are safe to use during pregnancy unless you wish to avoid essential oils for homeopathic reasons.
Are the products safe for children and babies?
Our Mineral Toothpaste Powder, Toothpaste Tablets, Toothsoap and Mouthwash Tablets are suitable from 5 years and above.
Our Mineral Toothpaste and Oil Pulling Mouthwash are suitable for 6 years and above.
Our Dental Floss is suitable for 8 years and above.
Our Chewing Gum is suitable for 12 years and above.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, all of our products are gluten-free.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all of our products are vegan.
Do any of your products foam?
Our range of Natural Toothpaste tablets is naturally effervescent and our Natural Toothsoap foams when brushing.
Packaging
Which product packaging is compostable?
Our Dental Floss products can be composted along with the Beechwood Toothbrush handle, that can be easily snapped away from the head. In addition, all of our packaging is also compostable.
Do your products come wrapped in plastic?
None of the orders placed onto our website are shipped or wrapped in plastic. All of our packaging is recyclable and sustainable. Please be aware if you order through a third party site we cannot guarentee what our products will be shipped in.

Can I order from a European country?
Yes, we are shipping orders to our customers in Europe.
International deliveries range between 7-16 days depending on your chosen carrier. Further delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail for shipments to UK, and UPS or BPost for shipments to Europe and USA.
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders within the U.K will take 5-7 business days to arrive.
International deliveries range between 7-16 days depending on your chosen carrier. Further delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I return my order?
We strive to ensure our customers are delighted with our products. However, if you need to return an order, we're here to assist. Simply reach out to us via email within 14 days of receiving your package at support@georganics.com , and we'll guide you through the process.

What’s the best product for teeth whitening?
We recommend using the Activated Charcoal range as it works to remove surface stains naturally, without being harsh and abrasive to your teeth.
What’s the best product for sensitive teeth?
We recommend using Spearmint Natural Toothpaste with the Soft Bristle Beechwood Toothbrush as Spearmint oil within this product promotes healing in your gums and has a more subtle minty taste.
